Prioritise a list
Decide what comes first when you cannot do everything: rank the options on your own, or have a group rank them together.

Each person should work through the whole ranking and think it over, rather than answer slides you show. For example, a hospital ward ranking which equipment to replace first, or a residents' association ranking projects for a community grant.
