Setting up a session

• Add ImageAn image on the respondent page a card sets up: the Introduction Page (and the lobby while Зинда), Respondent Data, a section's or criterion's introduction, a Text / Image Slide, an availability poll's Message, the Call To Action, and the Results Page Image.
