Assessments for People or Teams
Score people on statements grouped into dimensions, or place them in one of four quadrants.
Whose view counts?
Where do people answer?
A profile for each person
A profile assessment: each respondent's answers are scored into your groups and dimensions.
Best when: Each person should see where they stand, on their own.
What participants see: Your statements to answer, laid out by your view settings; then their own scores.
Limits
- It is not run live.
- Once the session has a response, its structure is read-only.
Steps
A profile beside the team's
A profile assessment with Show Team Results On: each respondent sees their own scores beside the team's.
Best when: A team takes it, and each person should see how they compare.
What participants see: Your statements to answer; then their own scores beside the team's, on their results page and in their results email.
Limits
- It is not run live.
- The team's scores show once at least two people have answered.
Steps
Four quadrants on two axes
A matrix assessment: two axes place each respondent in one of four quadrants.
Best when: You want to sort people into four types, each with its own result.
What participants see: Your statements to answer; then the name of their quadrant and its result.
Limits
- It is not run live.
- Its statements cannot be answered by Pairwise Ranking.
