Setting up a session

Respondent Data

What you know about each respondent: Response level as it stands, the heading and body they read, and the fields, each asked of respondents or filled in by you. It follows the Introduction Page.

Options

ጠፍቷል (default) · በርቷል

What it changes

For participants

በራስ ፍጥነት, a step for the fields they are asked before the questions. በቀጥታ, the same fields on the lobby.

For you

Respondents' names on the response list. The fields are the columns of the list of people you invite.

In results and exports

Results can be broken down by a field with a list. Exports carry a column per field. A share link shows a person's details unless it anonymises.

How to use it

  1. Switch it በርቷል in the left rail's Respondent pages: its card appears and the page moves to it. ጠፍቷል hides the card and keeps every field; respondents are not asked them until it is በርቷል again.
  2. Fill in ርዕስ and ዋና ጽሑፍ.
  3. Add fields with Add.
  4. Click a field's row to set how it is answered, its options and whether it is required.

Good to know

  • Only for a ቡድን session: hidden while Respondent(s) is ግለሰብ.
  • Not on an availability poll.
  • While people are invited (Respondent Invitations is በርቷል), Name and Email are on the list from the invitation, and the people you invite are not asked them, under Standard and Confidential alike. On Invited + anyone with the link, anyone else is.
  • While Response level is Anonymous, Name and Email are not offered, and choosing Anonymous removes them. While it is Confidential, they show only who took part.
  • When someone you invited fills in a field their record has no value for, it is kept on their record.
  • An availability poll has none: it asks Name and Email of anyone answering by the shared link.
  • It takes an image (Add Image), under the heading or below the card.
