Makes a new link to the results page for someone without an account: its ป้ายกำกับ, its สิทธิ์การเข้าถึง and, if you want one, a รหัสผ่าน (ไม่บังคับ).

วิธีใช้งาน
- Press Create new link.
- Fill in the form, then press Create link. Cancel drops it.
- Press คัดลอก in the new link's row and send the address.

- Make one link per audience: each has its own access, and you can revoke one without the others.
