• On an availability poll only.
• The email carries a calendar file of the date: the poll's title, its start and end in the poll's time zone, the meeting link or the place, the agenda and its document's link, and you as organiser.
• Anyone who unsubscribed from your emails is skipped. From my own email, it opens the email in your email app instead.
