One document under the agenda: PDF, Word or PowerPoint, up to 10 MB. The emails and the calendar file link to it; they never attach it.

Good to know

On an availability poll only.
The link needs no sign-in, cannot be guessed and stops working when you remove or replace the document.
Attaching another replaces it.
