The live stage
A board slide fills the stage with what the room adds, as it arrives. You can add items of your own, move any of them, change or delete them, and capture the board.

What it changes
- For participants: On a Whiteboard they add notes, and change, move or delete their own. On Brainstorming they only add, and do not see the board.
What each choice means
- Whiteboard: Each person changes only their own notes; you change any of them.
- Brainstorming: Only you arrange the entries: you move, change, recolour, comment on and delete them.
Good to know
- Move an item by dragging it; on a touch screen, hold it first.
- With Responses closed, the board takes nothing more from participants; you can still move, change and delete.
