Remind respondents
Sends the Reminder email from CleanRanking once, to the people invited who have not answered: a set time before the closing date, or on a date you choose.
Options
None (default) · 1 day before close · 2 days before close · 1 week before close · On a date I choose
What it changes
For participants
Each gets the Reminder email with a button to their own link and a line to unsubscribe from your emails.
What each choice means
- On a date I choose
- Opens a date picker under it; the box then shows the date.
Good to know
- Only for a Group session: hidden while Respondent(s) is Individual.
- Shown while Respondent Invitations is set.
- Shown while there is a Closing Date, Respondent Invitations is On and How you invite them is From CleanRanking.
- Choosing a reminder while there is no Closing Date asks for the closing date first.
- A language your wording is not translated into gets CleanRanking's standard wording in it.
